<P align=left><STRONG>薄荷葉（三錢） 蟬蛻（二錢，去足土） 生石膏（一兩，搗細） 甘草（一錢五分）</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>春溫之証，多有一發而表裡俱熱者，至暑溫尤甚，已詳論之於前矣。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>而風溫証，兩三日間，亦多見有此脈、証者。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>此湯皆能治之，得汗即愈。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>西人治外感，習用阿斯匹林法。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>用阿斯匹林一瓦，和乳糖（可代以白蔗糖）服之，得汗即愈。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>愚屢次試之，其發汗之力甚猛，外感可汗解者，用之發汗可愈。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>若此涼解湯，與前清解湯，皆可以此藥代之，以其涼而能散也。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>若後之寒解湯，即不可以此藥代之，蓋其發汗之力有餘，而清熱之力，仍有不足也。</STRONG></P>
