<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>《大全》云：夫惡露不下，由產後臟腑勞傷，氣血虛損，或胞絡挾于宿冷，或產後當風取涼，風涼乘虛而搏於血，則壅滯不宣，積蓄在內，故令惡露不下也。 </FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue></FONT></STRONG> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>薛氏曰︰前症當用失笑散。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>若氣滯血凝，用花蕊石散。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>《大全》云：夫產後惡露不絕者，由產後傷於經血，虛損不足，或分娩之時，惡血不盡在於腹中，而臟腑挾于宿冷，致氣血不調，故令惡露淋漓不絕也。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>薛氏曰︰前症若肝氣熱而不能主血，用六味丸。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>或肝氣虛而不能藏血，用逍遙散。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>若脾氣虛而不能攝血，用六君子湯。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>脾胃氣下陷而不能統血，用補中益氣湯。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>若脾經鬱熱而血不歸源，用加味歸脾湯。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>若肝經風邪而血沸騰，用一味防風丸。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>陳氏曰︰產後血崩者何?答曰︰產後傷耗經脈，未得平復，勞得損動，致血暴崩淋漓不止。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>或因酸鹹不節，傷蠹榮衛衰弱，亦變崩中。 </FONT></STRONG>
