<P><STRONG>(2)炒鍋放油燒熱,放入肉片翻炒至熟起鍋裝盆,原鍋內再加適量油燒熱,放入蒜苔,加精鹽翻炒至七、八成熟時,倒入肉片炒幾下,再放入適量醬油,勾薄芡,加些味精即成。</STRONG></P>
