<P><BR><STRONG>伏梁 環臍而痛中脘賁豚氣 從少腹起。氣上衝胸腹痛腎俞 章門 氣海 關元 中極痞塊 氣壅塞為痞。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>凡人飲食無節。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>以致陽明胃氣一有所逆。則陰寒之氣得以乘之。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>而脾不及化則胃絡所出之道以漸留滯。結成痞塊。必在腸胃之外。膈膜之間。故宜用灸以拔其結絡之根。</STRONG></P>

<P><BR><STRONG>凡灸宜先上而後下。皆先灸七壯。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>或十四壯以後漸次增加。多灸為妙。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>以上諸穴擇宜用之。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>然有不可按穴者。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>如痞之最堅處。 </STRONG></P>

<P><BR><STRONG>在脊骨十三椎下當中點記。兩旁各開三寸半。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>以指揣摸覺微有動脈。 此即痞根也。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>多灸左邊。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>或左右俱灸。 </STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>或患左灸右。患右灸左。皆效 長桑君針積塊 瘕法。先於塊中針之。 </STRONG></P>
